Every week we feature the photos of one of our contributors. This week Jim Meyers of Vertizon Phototography showcases. His theme in this set is “Sea to Summit”.

Author: Jim Meyers
Jim Meyers survived growing up in southeastern Pennsylvania by fishing, crayfish hunting and skipping rocks in his local Pennypack Creek. He moved west to attend Colorado State University, where he graduated from skipping rocks to climbing them, and he’s been a student of the mountains ever since. Having climbed throughout North America in all disciplines, climbing remains a primary obsession. Photography and writing were organic outcomes of the desire to share his experiences with non-climbers, and he’s been lucky enough to weave it all together into a career. He is the Senior Copywriter at a major outdoor gear manufacturer and operates Vertizon Photography (www.vertizonphoto.com), an outdoor adventure-based photo business that also captures weddings, events, families and portraits. He and his wife live in Seattle with two budding photographers and adventurers, and he still skips a mean rock.
