Now that we’ve had a few days of warm sunshine, these snow mountain photos seem all the more majestic. Photos by Jen Baptist.
The ocean offers a sort of silence among its crashing waves. The sunsets on our coast are some of the most appreciated of all (perhaps because of their rarity). This set of photos is a reminder to break from the uphill tromping every once in a while and find a desolate stretch of beach to explore the ways that hiking and backpacking can be different here.
